My “one liners”

By Judith, 05/27/2009 10:05 am

If you know me , you will hear me say…..

“What happens in your Kitchen affects every aspect of your life

and the lives of those you care for

whether you realize it or not.”

“Nothing is more vital to survival than eating and drinking.

Nothing is a greater liability to survival than eating and drinking.”

“Food production in the home happens in its heart, the kitchen. It’s an area of home life that should be guarded from objectionable sources and corrupt influences.

Because of unscrupulous corporations and political manipulations, our attentiveness  to our food supply should be constant.”

“Paying no attention to the quality of your food is equal to, paying no attention to the quality of your health.”

IF it wasn’t food  a  hundred years ago,

it’s NOT food now!

Nutrition is at the root of health.

Protect food.

Protect health.

ABOUT ME….

What you see is real..I’m a wife, mother and a caregiver daughter. I strive to practice what I preach. And it ain’t easy ;0)

I do not play the “internet” pretend game. I am who I am. I do however, take precautions for my family’s privacy and safety .

If I say I did it… then I did it ….

I know there are internet blog sites that are bogus and if you spend much time there you realize it.

My posts might not get published like clockwork but that’s because I am really living this lifestyle. I have a family to care for as well as other business projects to manage.  I want to build  real quality content and that takes time .

Keep Food REAL!

    Judith,

I do a monthly radio show in Boise called “Edible Idaho” and the next show I’m working on explores the stereotype that conservatives and liberals eat differently (i.e. that liberals eat arugula and sushi and conservatives eat red meat and drink beer, for instance).

Life, obviously, is more complicated than that and I’d love to hear your take on the subject. Could you email me?
