Roast Chicken

3-5 lb roasting chicken

Heaping tablespoon of crushed thyme

Clove of fresh garlic peeled and minced

1/3 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil

An apple or orange cut into quarters

Prepare chicken by removing giblets neck AND rinse thoroughly with cool water.

In a small dish with the back of a spoon create a paste with the minced garlic , thyme and coconut oil.

Gently loosen the skin over the chicken breast with your fingers .Being careful not to tear it. If the chicken has been frozen you will need to be EXTREMELY gentle. (if it tears it still tastes goodJ )

Insert paste under skin , spreading it as evenly as possible.

Place fruit inside cavity

Bake uncovered until internal temperature is at 165 degrees approximately an hour and half. Depending on size of bird

Remove fruit and let stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Juicy , moist, delicious…. ENJOY

Dear Raw Milk Advocate:

As you may be aware, there are currently proposed legislative rules before the House and the Senate in Boise concerning Cow/Herd Share Programs in Idaho and our ability as Farmers to continue to provide these services to people who wish to use them. There are some good parts to the proposed rules which will help to assure the cleanliness of the milk, such as regular testing of the milk for bacteria counts, etc. However, there is one proposal which could, in effect, drastically limit the availability of raw milk from Herd Share Programs in the future. That is that each herd would be limited to no more than three lactating cows or seven goats or sheep.

This limitation, in my opinion, is unrealistic, as it in no way serves to reduce the risk of contaminated milk; safe milk depends on cleanliness. But it does severely limit the amount of milk a single farm can produce for its boarders. Therefore it will limit the number of consumers who can use the boarding services.

If you agree, and you would like to help protect the right of consumers to drink raw milk please contact the legislators listed below and let your voice be heard IMMEDIATELY!

The House and the Senate work simultaneously to hear the rules. Below are each of the committee members of the Senate Agricultural Affairs Committee and their email addresses:

If you or others wish to have your voices heard, you must act now! If you believe that people should be able to drink raw milk if they wish and that producers should not be limited by unreasonable low herd size limits please email each of the above legislators immediately or it will be too late to make your voice heard.

Our Food Freedoms are being eradicated faster than I can spell the word.. ANOTHER insidious bill is about to change life for everyone in this country that eats….

First there was HR 759 but now we HAVE HR 2749 too!

We MUST stand up against the BAD GUYS… While we still have a democratic process we need to use it…

Hear what Shelly Roche, CTO breakthematrix.com has to say

Martial Law? in a Food Bill?

Here are two sources for you to explore….

Strange Martial Law An excellent post with all the facts from www.foodfreedom.wordpress.com

Here’s an excerpt….

HR 2749 is a strange bill in many ways. While the other “food safety” bills have been around since winter, allowing for much public discussion on the internet, HR 2749 has only suddenly appeared. It is a mutant conglomeration of the worst of the other bills, with the addition of one very original part – martial law.

When it was a draft, it was Waxman’s bill. But once given a number, it became Dingel’s who already had a “food safety” bill, HR 759. So Waxman got none and Dingel got two. (Was this because Waxman, being Jewish, was a hideous choice to introduce a bill with Codex in it – designed by the Nazi pharmaceutical companies that funded Hitler, provided the gas for the gas chambers, experimented on prisoners with vaccines – and is expected to kill millions?)

* HR 2749 would give FDA the power to order a quarantine of a geographic area, including “prohibiting or restricting the movement of food or of any vehicle being used or that has been used to transport or hold such food within the geographic area.”

[This - "that has been used to transport or hold such food" - would mean all cars that have ever brought groceries home or any pickup someone has eaten take-out in, so this means ALL TRANSPORTATION can be shut down under this. This is using food as a cover for martial law.]

Under this provision, farmers markets and local food sources could be shut down, even if they are not the source of the contamination. The agency can halt all movement of all food in a geographic area.

[This is also a means of total control over the population under the cover of food, and at any time.] See this DailyKos entry………..

TO READ THE REST ….Strange Martial Law

This is serious.. If you were wondering HOW this ~ end time ~ “stuff” was going to come down you don’t have to WONDER any longer….

Please act on what you learn here today… don’t put it off. It will only take a minute of your time.

It has been amazing to see the improvement in our health as we continue to reject genetically modified (GMO) foods.

I think it has much to do with the fact that eating GMO’s cause the immune system to be sluggish.. The white blood cells are not as active. Everyone should read Seeds of Deception by Jeffrey M. Smith http://www.seedsofdeception.com/Public/Home/index.cfm

It would seem with all the concern over swine flu and other pandemic threats that refraining from GMO’s would be a prudent challenge to take on. To get started get your free Shopping guide at No GMO Challenge

I would like to challenge my readers to refrain GMO”S for the entire summer (if not indefinitely!) and watch their immune systems flourish next fall . I think it is a lot better bet than getting a flu shot!
